Our new associate, Mary Cunningham, brings the same commitment and professionalism along with nine years of real estate experience. Mary is licenced in Georgia and Alabama and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Columbus Board of Realtors, and the Phenix City Multiple Listing Service. 

Originally from the Northeast Georgia town of Elberton, Mary and her family chose to make Columbus thier home in 1999.  Sam, her husband, and Mary have been married for 32 years and have two delightful children.  In addition to thier family their dog Skittles enjoys the "Life of Riley".

Debra Fairchild began her Real Estate career in 1993 here in Columbus, Ga. with Kennon & Parker Realtors. Working as a full time Realtor and raising a busy family of 2 boys, and 2 girls, Debra understands what it means to have a busy schedule.
In 1996 Debra joined the W. C. Bradley Company as the exclusive on-site marketing consultant for the Maple Ridge Golf Course Community located on Schomburg Road. This was the first community in Columbus to have an on-site Realtor in our area. Debra began when many of the streets were merely future plans on the drawing board. From her first introduction to the Maple Ridge master plan, she fell instantly in love with such an immaculate community for Columbus, Georgia. Working on-site everyday she was able to create some lasting friendships and witness the growth of a great community. Her dedication continued through 2002, after which she moved her career to the Atlanta market. Continuing to grow in the on-site marketing field, she went on to become a managing broker for a North Atlanta company. While all that experience was beneficial to her career, she is happy to be in Columbus again, back in my home town that she loves dearly.
